For retail landowners, we consult with traffic and infrastructure engineers to develop a personal land and development plan. Then we assist the graphic designers to help conceptualize and portray the plan development. When the plan is finalized, we market the newly developed property parcels to a targeted database of over 7,000 developers, brokers, and users. Furthermore, we work within municipality guidelines to obtain any signage, curb cuts, or median breaks to keep the development moving forward.

With more than 20 years in the pad sales industry, we have a good awareness of which clients will accept what sites, the conditions that will attract them to these sites, and more importantly, what the clients will pay.
